The Client is an IT consultant in Sydney, Australia and the user of the system is importer and distributor of light engineering products in Sydney, Australia with multi-location warehouses and sales franchisees. The client wanted to automate the Sales and Purchase process for the Products and also the after sales service. The Order cycle consists of Lead- Prospect Order Dispatch-Billing. The return of material is handled through a call center using CTI technology.
