• No system for the indication of shortage of medicines, expiry of medicines
• No system for the comparative study for the demand and usage of medicines by PHC

Solution provided by way of HIIS:

• The proposed system is Web enabled and hence online data entry is possible
•  Monthly/Fortnightly entry of the usage of the medicines from THO level
•  Alerts in advance for the expiry of the medicine
•  Alerts in advance for the generation of the Demand Letters
•  Various types of intelligent report generation for the DHO/CEO for further  

  planning

•  Effective and efficient material management
