Description:
The client is based in India and is a supplier of skilled manpower to various Call Centers located in and around Pune. Language knowledge as well as the oratory skills such as spellings, accents, voice modulations etc are the main skills which are required by the Call Center company. To cater to the requirement of these Call Centers, the client wanted to develop a complete system which checks all the above mentioned skills present in the applicant. The system helps the client to supply quality manpower to the Call Centers.
