Description:
The system has been developed for coaching class. The entire work done in the coaching class was done manually. Now all this work is now done by the software developed. The system will be handled by only one user and that is the receptionist. The system is capable to handle all customers, students, contacts and donors. The system will keep contact details of every person who has visited the class. According to enquirer’s requirement, as to whether the new enquirer wants to join the class or he/she may be a customer who wants to buy merchandise or wants to take studio on rent or wants to participate in an event, as per the requirement the system will maintain the contact details. The system provides facility like addition and deletion of records, can find records, provides mail sending facility to the student, contact, or donor, provides a link to view the website of the class, help files are provided for the students to evaluate the teachers in a correct way. The system also provides a facility of keeping the Follow-up of the contacts maintained in the database to generate new student registrations.
