To ensure quality conforming to globally acceptable standards, GTT has developed in house its own Quality Management System [QMS], which is process intensive and ensures that every project is subject to a thorough set of fully documented processes over the complete software development life cycle.

 
GTT’s outsourcing model, and its ability to deliver services from offshore development centers in low cost locations such as India and China, enables the company to offer services globally at extremely competitive rates. On a case to case basis, GTT can offer services on fixed rate or time and material basis.

GTT offers an option of three services delivery models to enable the client to choose the place of delivery:
- Onsite: In this model, the entire SDLC is executed at the client site by GTT.
- Offshore: In this model, the entire SDLC is executed offshore at GTT’s development centers in India and China, in accordance with the clients preference.
- Distributed: In this model, a part of the SDLC typically consisting of Business Analysis is carried out at the client site or in their home countries, and the rest such as development and testing is carried out offshore in India or China in accordance with the clients preference.
